I thought it was obvious that people would spend their time in competitions where they believe they could potentially show some skill and achieve some higher ranking. It's pretty stupid going into something and putting effort into it if you know you're relatively bad at it, unless you've got too much time on your hands. That's why artistic competitions are risky. Not many are pros, and one would actually need a hell lot of editing skills to make a decent work with two characters from different series being inlcluded, without adding anything original themselves. It's also quite time-consuming for a single event, so as said, either you're good at it or you've got too much time, otherwise I don't see it being "worth it" for many. |
