| I'm usually not the guy to complain about censors. Like ever. Unlike most fucking idiots running rampant in the MAL forums, I understand the concept of censoring a TV broadcast. But this episode was just over the top. When you start censoring parts where nothing is even being shown (Maria just standing in a towel, not even in a lewd position), and then upgrade the censors to giant yellow chibi tape that covers half of the screen...then it's time you reevaluate how you apply your censors. That shit was just overkill. The hero clan is so stupid it's hard to tolerate. Oh, we're going to exile this kid who saved the entire village, because we're kind of scared of him, but mainly because his power destroyed some corpses and now we cant have a proper funeral. And even that little blonde kid (I guess his parents died or something) was like BASSAAARAAAA NEVER FORGET!!!!! Like at this point, it'd be way cooler for Basara to just go full badass and make the hero clan his enemy too. Fuck them, he literally doesn't owe them shit. Jin said the same thing. Just seeing him be like "If the demons try to take Mio I'll kill them, and if the hero clan wants to kill her, I'll kill them all too". Saito6689 said: Worst fucking anime this season. | Damn, dat acoustic OP. Lol, Basara, Maria, and Mio couldn't take down Valga. But Takashi, Shiba, and Kurumi appear wanting to fight! But before that, Maria becomes daring enough to power herself up. Also, Mio decided to make her bond with Basara even stronger. They're ready for the fight! But before that, Takigawa claims he and Basara are still enemies. And Yuuki joins the hero side, making it a 4 vs 3 situation. I wonder how Basara will win and I also wonder what the people around see. |

| The chibi censors were hilarious. They should use those more often. Really not sure why they were censoring stuff that actually had nothing to censor, for example Maria in her towel. Well that was unexpected, the demon guy comes in strong but then all of a sudden gets killed. These heroes are impressively strong. They took the ecchi pretty far this episode. It was almost borderline hentai. Not that I'm complaining. Looking forward to the battle coming up next. |

| LOL. Thanks. So far I find it interesting and worth watching. I am just skeptical because the setting seems to lend itself to a very static plot. Basara wants to protect the girls, so it could easily decay into a "defend the status quo against a cavalcade of villains-of-the-week (and slowly expand the harem)" plot. I hope to see more development both in the overall conflict and in the relationships. |
