A buddy of mine is gonna hand out 20 dollars to whoever can guess his waifu and this is involving a few of my friends here.

I have to know the show she is from in order to find out who she is. The clues:

Kindergarten (teacher maybe?)
seaweed (favorite food?)
slob
she is of the legal age ( by U.S. law at least)
he refused to tell me if she is from a show made before or after the 00s because it would almost give it away....

help me please I must find this show

Clues are snarky and banana. The person refused to answer when asked if they were a high schooler and if the show aired in the early 00s
