So, how did you enjoy the chocolate?

Tsubasalover: did you get the downloads for the last couple weeks? The calendars for Jan-Mar 2010 and Apr-Jun 2010?

I watch from KeyHoleTV, so I watched it while it was airing.

I mean the downloads they mention during the airing (usually right near the end). If you go to their website, there's a free download each week for 1.5 hours after the show airs.

It's official: Azuma's the man!! lol XXD

I'm really blown off by the fact that he nonchalantly expressed his interest in Aoba not just once (during his conversation with Aoba), but twice (in the presence of his baseball buddies, Kou included)! The production is really cunning with last week's preview. Just when I thought they're out to trick us again, this time is really for real XD
Not to forget that Azuma is far more popular than Kou (1 full bag of chocos vs. 4 (I think 0, actually) chocos), and he's really not interested in any.

That aside, Aoba just did not exactly want to verbalize the fact that the extra chocolate she bought was actually for Kou (that's natural of her), and she kinda used Azuma as a shield. Camouflage strategy, or so it seems to me. I wonder if Azuma would still feel a little happy, even though he kinda knew that that was really meant for Kou.

Akane gave Kou chocos and it doesn't really seem to be the obligatory kind. That makes her nearly identical to Wakaba, and that reminded Kou of Wakaba. Ooh, I really like to see how this complicated affair works out.

Hey, can't fault the guy for being a straight shooter and being so damn observant! LOL. Guess there are advantages to not remembering most people's names and not speaking much: he's got plenty of time to observe and figure out the people who do manage to pop up on his radar.

Well, that was one beautiful episode. Plus, there were so much interesting developments crammed in without feeling rushed.

Kou pitching, Akaishi catching and Aoba in centerfield...

Funny how everyone is sorta penciling in Kou x Akane now that they've seen her childhood photos and how much she looked like Wakaba back then.

Loved the comment Akane made to Akaishi too. Am I the only one thinking that in the end, the big guy could very well hit the jackpot and end up with her? If it does come to pass, it couldn't happen to a more honorable and nice guy.

Go Momiji! Unintentionally foiling Mizuki's plans is something I always find amusing, even if I already know he's got no chance in hell with Aoba.

It's pretty obvious that Aoba wanted to give the chocos to Kou, but then came Akane =/

I'd love to root for Kou x Aoba or Kou x Akane but then again...

Rooting for either Akane X Kou Or Aoba X Kou

For some reason anime makes everything more exciting, I can't watch a baseball game in real life without breaking down from boredom but now it's awesome >:}

Kou will be together with Akane, that's for sure (at least I hope so ...)

After last week's episode I'm kind of relieved, if I understood this week's episode correctly, Azuma is trying to push Kou x Aoba by telling everyone he's gunning for Aoba so Kou better get going before Azuma takes her over.

Also Aoba's chocolate for Kou was nice, I kind of expected her to say it's for Azuma because that's how she is, she won't tell straight forward. I think if Akane didn't show up she'd have said it's for Kou but she would try to make it sound like it's not a big deal or has any meaning.

My hopes for Kou x Aoba are rising again like phoenix from the ashes!

At first i think it was like that..but i think he is serious..either that or he will fall seriously to Aoba

Well people have already talked about Aoba's feeling for Kou. So I will say something else.

This episode makes Akane seems to be a little mysterious to me. I don't want to say this yet but I won't be surprised if they twist her character later on. You know having 2 character having the same face is already impossible for me to believe it.

Ok, I believe this love square now. I didn't peg Azuma as the type to say something so personal so bluntly, but hey, now we know he likes Kou...er, Aoba. Still though, there needs to be significant development on Kou's side of everything, because I honestly wonder how much of what he says is genuine, and how much of it is him just not knowing how to approach Wakaba's little sister. Everyone else seems very clear on their feelings.

And I wouldn't put it past the show to let Akaishi get Akane in the end.
