But seriously, I would enjoy kirito and Sao more if the video games were actually treated more like video games. They're basically just fantasy worlds except our generic Gary Stu protagonist is also in the real world too. I would say give him two distinct personalitys, real life kirito who's a computer nerd and somewhat of a social outcast who loves gaming like every other teenage boy and the character he created to role play as to escape his boring everyday life. I think they should also focus more on the bonds he makes with people instead of his harem and blur the lines between real and game kirito the more he's stuck in the game. It wouldn't hurt if he started the game with his few real life friends in a clan, the same one we saw in episode 3, since that would add a whole lot of humanity to him once they're slaughtered, and explain why he try's to be a loner. Then again, maybe my ideas suck and I should just stop before this gets any longer. |

| I'm probably going to get hated for this. I haven't completed the Gantz manga yet, but I'll base my opinions off of watching the anime. I feel every single character in Gantz was "horrible"... If I were to correct them then it wouldn't make Gantz what it is, since it's built off of horrible characters. LOL Told you I would get hated. . . This is how I would make them better tho. . . [Spoiler] Izumi, Shion: Allow him to be considerate of others. If he's going to be pompous then plead for help from his comrades and immediately resume being pompous while he needs help it leads to confusion. Which is probably explains why his comrades were reluctant to save him, besides them all being idiots. Katou, Masaru : Have him grow a pair and keep it. He could risk his life to save a drunk man from the train tracks, but everything afterwards he just kept crying over. Kishimoto, Kei: Have her show some self-respect, be more independent and take responsibility over her life by making choices than have her shove all the choices onto someone else. Nemoto, Tetsu: Have him read a book & get taught on how to be a gentleman. Kurono, Kei : Either keep his boner appearances throughout the show or don't mention the boner at all. The sad thing is, his boners, which is crude is the only thing that made him interesting which isn't even a good quality to begin with. Over all , most of the characters need to learn how to think for themselves than rely on someone else all the time. They were all very indecisive which cost pointless deaths. It's like most of the shows was spent with them trying to decide who should do what. Sure Kei would sometimes let his boner fuel him to save the day, but wow. His reasons for taking action is probably because he was Resentful towards Kishimoto being into Katou. So, maybe Kei thought if he showed he was an alpha-male Kishi would notice him more instead. The only characters I didn't think were that bad was. . . Suzumura, Sadayo : She was paranoid from being stalk, yet before she died she did try to resist her attacker unlike Kishimoto who probably would get rape without putting much of a fight if no one stepped into to save her. Sakuraoka, Sei: Sadly her and Sadyo were the only female character that actually didn't rely as heavily for a man to save them, plus they thought for themselves. Idiots. . .Idiots everywhere!
