Shijou Saikyou no Deshi Kenichi Anime/Manga differences

This is my first forum post, so I am sorry if I posted in the wrong spot or did something wrong in some way.. Whenever I see people post discussions I usually see them getting yelled at for doing it wrong some how. Anyway I have started watching HSDK but I was wondering if the anime follows the manga closely and if it does what chapter does it end off at. I know this is pretty difficult question but I want to know pretty badly and couldnt find any info on it. Thanks
