but i think the most annoying character is the guy with the red car that ran over yusuke in ep 1.

second would be the guy that asked the other guy to call an ambulance. after yusuke was hit.

Emiya Shirou and his desire to save everyone... I love fate/stay night, but that Emiya just annoys the crap outta me sometimes (even tough he has his good points)

Rossiu (TTGL) and Suzaku (Code Geass).

Hayate's parents from Hayate no Gotoku. They're hardly characters but damn are they annoying.

Nakagami Shinichirou's mom (True Tears), compared to her, all annoying Characters (like Rossiu, who is seriously annoying..) are bearable.

I could see where Rossiu was coming from, so he didn't annoy me.

Also, I totally agree with Chise being one of the worst female protagonists EVER. Hate.

Suzaku. I'm not going to sit through another season of Geass, but if he gets killed off I certainly wouldn't mind.

The 3 main guys from Utena: Touga, Akio, and the green haired one. Get of the car and button your shirts, FFS. And get off my anime.

Besides these two, shinn from gundam seed destiny annoyed me a lot too.
