According to Nikkan Sports newspaper, Matsumoto Leiji produced a music clip of "Bohemian Rhapsody" by British rock band Queen. The six minute long video features Matsumoto's new manga "Gin no Koshika". The video "Bohemian Rhapsody ~feat. Leiji Matsumoto" will be available for mobile phones by the end of this year. Queen has once used British animation for their music clip, and this time the members proposed Japanese artists for the creator of the music clip. Interesting. After working with Daft Punk on Interstella 5555, now is the time for Queen and Matsumoto-san. Very nice. |

Interesting! This way anime theme will evolve and noone's gonna insult it anymore! I hope it'll evolve further till I can freely listen to anime music without being looked down by my hypocrites classmates. :( Mod edit: Posts merged. As a massive Queen fan, I am quite interested in this. I also need to watch Interstella5555 at some point. I'm also quite fond of Daft Punk. :] Your search on "Oran Solus" returned the following quotes: "Oran Solus? I know him. What a wanker. He still owes me a tenner." Oscar Wilde "Oran, you're so intelligent and awesome <3" Bakayaro "Oran's sexy." LolitaDecay "Oran is a sophisticated penguin." Drybananna "Oran is a Hand-Eye you faggots." EddieSpaghetti "Oran for Prime Minister." the_prime_one "Oran is all that is stated in his sig and more." orbitzz |

I hope it'll evolve further till I can freely listen to anime music without being looked down by my hypocrites classmates. :( Animated music videos has been around for like 20-30 years in different forms, this won't change anything and even if it did change the way some people see animation (which it won't), it wouldn't affect anything in the way you perceive; most people who aren't in to anime will always look down on people for listening to J-pop/J-rock, no matter if there's an anime music video for a Queen song. They still think the entire scene sucks, and they sure as hell won't change their views just because a song totally unrelated to the scene they hate gets an animated video. (Oh, there's an animated video for some old rock song, guess I now must love J-pop!) No matter how much anime get's accepted in the west, for 85% of the worlds population anime will forever be "cartoons", and "cartoons" are for children. Lol, I was a bit '=/ ' about this when reading the title alone, what with being a massive Queen fan. But actually, this sounds pretty damn interesting. I can't wait to see how this works out : D Should be cool ~ |

When I read this piece of news this morning, my reaction was, and I kid you not, "OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!!!" But seriously...this combination of Queen and anime: IT IS HAPPENING. Queen is my favorite band and "Bohemian Rhapsody" also happens to be my favorite song of all time, so I am extremely excited for this! |

So... when can we expect a creppy anime version of "I want to break free"? And will Freddie have a part in this? Modified by Crani, 11-23-09, 2:12 PM Every time you make a typo, somebody in Zeta gets slapped. |

In Japan, they just have songs. What I mean is, an anime song is just a single from some Japanese artist. Its not like the Iron Man: Armored Adventures Theme. Like anime but also have an equal passion for comic books? Join my new group! Please? ![]() 8% of teens think they've moved on to real music but in actuality are still listening to shitty music.
