A lot of parody series have references.
Gintama has a lot of references. Hilarious show.
Binbougami Ga does.

Dorky thugs, then.

That could be my favorite arc in Pulp Fiction with the two of them in those silly t-shirts trying to conceal the blood and guts in the car. I think "Mr. Wolf" is one of Harvey Keitel's best performances.
