| Brilliant episode. I love the grey colour they used to enhance the emotion when they show the falling snow and the blood tainted snow. Souji was too young to die. ): I loved that Izumi teared up when he found out that Okita was really really sick, the level of compassion that he has for certain people is something that his ancestors didn't have. |

| This episode was kinda different than the former ones (interesting cinematography, not lazy ass directing, well-presented emotions with actual characters and not with human-like sketches), but that is exactly its sex appeal. It doesn't save this painfully mediocre show from its painful mediocrity though. |
