| Nah never really watched a bunch of cartoons, mostly read books XD Legend of Korra that's airing right now is good, but waiting once every week is too excruciating. One of the characters from Sekirei has the ability to sprout larger plants and control them from her little potted plant she carries everywhere. Kawaii!! |

| Akatsuki no Yona has stuff like wind/fire tribes. Similar feeling too. +1 HxH For elemental powers, Bleach might fit (Hitsugaya, and other characters) Pokemon too.. |

| try Magi. In magi, there are people who can use magic which is largely divided into elemental classes. Though they can use varying elements to an extent, its effectiveness is limited. Similarly, there are 'Avatar'-like characters (Magis) who are just more imba as a whole. Also, there are more than 4 classes of magic here. Other than the usual earth, fire, water, air, there's also light, sound, etc. If you don't mind long-ass shounen as well, then Naruto and Onepiece fit the bill as well, given the way elemental chakra and devil fruits work. If it boils down to it, you might even consider pokemon XD |
