Which arc does the chapters ~50s cover in One Piece? It seems like both in 2010 and 2011 those volumes sold more than both the ones released before and after.
If One Piece was to have such a boost right now, then it will sell about 50 million. I wonder if that will ever happen. That'd be difficult since nearly everyone in Japan knows about One Piece already.
I'm curious to know how well Jojo Steel Ball Run sold. I know it was published from 2004-2011, but when I tried looking at these lists I never saw Steel Ball Run on any of them. I don't know if I just missed it's name because I looked through the lists too fast, or if it's sales weren't tracked, or if it just sold badly. Can someone help clarify this for me, I'm curious to know how Stell Ball Run did in the sales department.

Steel Ball Run as a series actually never managed to make Oricon yearly lists while it was being published due to high thresholds (before 2011, Oricon only released the Top 10/20 rather than Top 50 like today) as well as its relatively low sales.
However, it did finally appear on the list after being completed, thanks to the anime boost in 2013:
If you are interested in sales per volume, there is no yearly data for it but instead weekly data. Each volume generally managed to appear on the weekly lists for two weeks and you can extrapolate yearly sales based on that (the two week total of any given manga volume generally represents 70 to 80% of its yearly sales, unless there's a boost or some other special circumstance). Here's what we have (since 2009):
