How many episodes?

So, Wikipedia and ANN state that there are 3 episodes. But here on MAL it says that there is only 1 and truth to be told I can't find information about the other 2.

Does anyone know something about this?

I know I'm a decade late, but I noticed the same thing. I suspect that maybe it released in multiple parts which were later bundled together, thus explaining the inconsistency in numbering, but that's JUST A THEORY—
