If Itsuki was GAR last episode, Sekiren was OMGWTFBBQ ORLY YARLY NOWAI HAX!!! on this week's Renral Magica!

The first half of this episode focused on the events of Rental 17, but told in Daphne's point of view. The second half focused on SEKIREN GAR!!!

I think studio ZEXCS is overly fond of sparkly female characters bathed in sunlight. Although it does look really pretty...xD

Sekiren also had a love at first sight moment, how cute!
Even have Daphne blushing, go monk go!

Of course the moment that made this episode full of win was sparkly loli Addy...KYAAH!!! xD

We even have an Itsuki confession...go blushing Addy go! xD
*is this foreboding of the oh so glorious future?*

Really good episode featuring Goetia's story and Addie's sister. And Sekiren strong as hell.

Awesome episode, at first i was like "WTF? didn't i see this somewhere before?!" but after forwarding it a bit it looked like a new episode lol.

Sekiren owns.

It was a pretty good, Sekiren is quite powerful and loli Addie is always great.

Probably the best episode of RM yet. Sekiren pwns so much xD

And like most of you, I was also confused about the start of the episode =P

The way they intreoduced this story is very unique, i was confused at first myself :P
I like this episode and it's cool that R is developing these supporting characters :)

As soon as the OP was over and the same scenes were taking place I was like, deja vu? No, this seems too familiar -goes to check Rental Magica episodes previously dwled- Hmm 18's not there...wtf? Keeps playing..oh ok xD

Nice to see some background on Daphne. I wonder if Addy will ever find out they're sisters.

It's also nice they closed the curtains on the mistery behind Oswald Mather's taboo ritual. So he was, along with Clive, tempted and used. Also, I smell a hint of who the last big bad Bad Guys will be.

Great episode. Sekiren wins.

Daphne and Sekiren should hook up, for sure. Was a pretty good episode, even if it wasn't really the main plot. Full of win.

also, nice story about goetia's past and all that... the anime is finally tying up all the stuff that's happened till now.

Everyone seemed to have enjoyed it. Not that I didn't, but I thought it was a little close to the ending to have a detour. But maybe I'm wrong, and this was supposed to lead up to the end. Just seemed weird to focus the episode on two external characters - who are both talking about Addy, not even Rental Magica - this close to the end.

But it was nice watching him kick butt, I suppose. And not that I don't love Addy.

I have just been mindfucked. I actually opened Ep 17 to double check.

The story of this episode was good, still surprised of the sister twist. And the action. They made up totally for having Sekiren show up so late.

17-18 make a great couple of episodes. Seriously. And I thought that 17 was meh, but 18 made 17 better.

Now, when is the main plot going to start? (j/k lol).

Actually, I think 17-18 are the lead in to the final plot.

The focus was elsewhere, but do note the fact that Sekiren made a huge namedrop of an organization which may be what the anime will focus in the end.

Like everyone else, i thought i was watching 17 at first...

Sekiren is really great, and he is the one training Itsuki... So we know that Itsuki will turn out amazing, if we just use his previous fight as a reference :P
I liked Addies sister twist, its great.... hoping for a truth to be told moment somewhere at episode 21 :P
