| LOL.......I remember watching Twilight right after dropping vampire knight,as I was under the impression that it was "Real Vampires" as opposed to "That Girly Crap" (Vampire knight),cuz back in our highschool twilight was hyped as some EPIC Vampire Flick,due to a few action scenes...........Little did I know they were both the same crap (Well at least Twilight had that one Baseball Match) |

| It was a nice vampire story (talking about the manga only, as I never ever finished the first anime series adaptation so can't judge), I own all the volumes and didn't regret it. It got a bit weird at time, but nonetheless, still nice overall. |

| I remember watching that years ago because I had just picked up Blood+ subbed after watching season 1 on Adult Swim and someone recommended it to me when I was looking for similar shows. The ending made me rage so hard and I'm surprised that I still have both season's openings on my iPod. I just remember Zero didn't get enough love. |

| Seriously, reading the comments on this thread, I'm starting to think that Vampire Knight is yet another manga that doesn't deserves the hate it's getting. Seems like some people in this thread are even hating it because of its shoujo manga elements. Well, it's a shoujo manga, so there's nothing wrong with having them duh... | The first season was very mediocre and Guilty was only slightly better for actually advancing the story but still ultimately fails for being incomplete. Still basically middle tier anime not worth an entire thread about. |

| Yes, I love the anime, it's the better part. Because as a manga reader the story went downhill after Yuuki leaves with Kaname, locked up as a prisoner, treated like an infant by Kaname for a whole year. Yuuki is 16, years old, not 1 you dimwit, I'm saying this to Kaname, I wish I could slap the guy. I never like it whenever Kaname in the anime think Yuuki is too... to deal with reality and keeps treating her like a child. But yikes... in the manga it gets way worse after. Also, too many blond characters make trying to distinguish who is who difficult. I still like the manga but I think it somewhat turned sour after. |

| its the anime that made me become an anime fan, after watching animes such as nana, dragon ballz, death note ,and many other animes that i loved, but didnt manage to turn me into an anime lover so vk will forever have a special place in my heart |
