Take away the text in your sig and it should go.

But you first have to get new gifs. Your current one is over 1,000 kb when the max for all the images in your sig together is 300kb.

I would assume it's because you're not putting them next to each other rather on top of one another or your current image is too big and taking up all the room.

When putting the img code down, make sure you don't have any move down to another line (by pressing enter)

As in:

No spaces, no separate lines.

And just a heads up, your current gif is extremely big in file size, if you don't do something about it, a mod will probably remove it.

This thread seems relevant to my question so I will post here instead of making a new thread. The guidelines state that images in forum signatures should not exceed a total area of 600 width by 150 height so does that mean if you have two images for a signature both must add up to those dimensions and not exceed it? So would it be against the rules for example to have one image be 300 by 150 and another one being 400 by 150 in the same signature?

Total means sum of all relevant dimensions. Side by side means you need to check your total width, stacked on top of one another means checking the total height. It would be against the rules to carry out that example.

I thought so. I was curious because I have seen people with sigs that consist of two images where both images together would exceed the dimensions, mainly when it comes to height so two images both 300 width 150 height which would add up to 600 width by 300 height.

That's fine as long as they're right next to each other. It's total area, not just them added up.

What about my first example one image being 400 by 150 and another being 300 by 150?

Those two next to each other would be the total area of 700 x 150, so that's against the rules.

400+300 = 700, therefore you're going to end up with 700 x 150 which will exceed 600 x 150.

What? Height, width, and file size matter.

Side by side: check total width and highest height value.
Stacked on top of each other: check total height and highest width value.
Total file size under 300kB: always check.

If the two pics are side to side then none of the images' heights can be above 150 and the width added together can't be more than 600.

If two images are on top of each other then none of the image's widths can be above 600 and the heights added together cannot be more than 150.

@IntroverTurtle and airicake. I understand now, if two images with the same height are side by side that would not affect the height. When it comes to the dimensions limit it depends on how you place the two images together and their actual size.
