| There might be other Mushi-shi out there, but Ginko's the only one to see through the Mushi's tendency to cause adverse effects on those they infect and opt to deal with them as peacefully as possible instead. I've gotten so used to seeing Ginko come up with pacifistic solutions for Mushi-related problems that I was surprised and saddened that the normal thing to do was to kill them. The first half of the episode made me really sleepy but the second one's something else. It was impressive to see her pick up words with chopsticks and arranging them all in the right order without any trouble. Ginko also acquired a potential love interest out of her ♥ |

| Masterful! It's super unlikely, but I would kill to see more of this girl in future episodes. Her ability to control the bookworm mushi was incredible. |

| Very interesting episode both for the narrated story and for the main plot; so Ginko has another lover waiting for her, what a heartbreaker! Deep episode and also in a certain way dramatic and sad in consequence. |

I wasn't getting the Ghibli vibe other people had mentioned with earlier episodes until the one storyteller Mushi-shi with the bushy beard. He reminded me of the boiler room guy from Spirited Away. |

| very heartwarming episode, really glad to see more of Ginko's human side and maybeeee a potential love interest that swings both sides??? either way, great episode also interesting to know Ginko's one of probably a few Mushishi who find solutions or cures to Mushi rather then kill them like (i guess) the majority of other Mushishi do |

| The relationship between one who must keep moving, and another who can not move at all. I swear I always end up exhaling a long breath whenever I finished a single episode, this one in particular is splendid. The promise between them is too good to be true, but I will always embrace a chance to see more of them in the future episode. |

| I really thought Ginko would devise a solution to break the cycle, but I guess that he also has his limitations. It is the saddest episode I've watched in recent memory. |

| This is my favourite episode so far and I doubt the remaining 6 could surpass it. I really liked the mushi, how its sealing method works and the episode's romantic undertones. Tanyuu is a great character, it was very lovely to see her and Ginko interacting and seeing her dealing with the escaping words was quite thrilling(chopsticks!), it'd be tragic if they don't get to to travel together after all. One can only hope. |

| I made a post when Ginko had what seemed like a little bit of romance in his life for episode 15 I think, so I wanted to do it again for this episode. I really enjoy the more character/relationship-based focus in this episode, and although I liked the idea of Ginko and Suzu together, I think Tanyuu having been impacted by Mushi and knowing of mushi, and the work of mushi-shis probably helps both Ginko and Tanyuu connect in a closer way. |

| The old lady's voice kind of sounds like the one reading the next episode titles, I wonder if what we're seeing is the writing of the girl. I hope her leg will heal so she can travel with Ginko~ |
| That was some cool skill from Tanyuu, definitely one of the best character in this series. Feels like there's a bit of romance in this episode, but who knows. |

| Tanyu grabbing words with chopsticks like a fishing line is easily the coolest visual effect from this show by a long shot. The text flowing through her body being printed on the paper when she touched it is a close second tho |
