| This looks good. Coloring the text alone will suffice, I don't think text spacing issues will be a problem (if it is, we can look for an alternative). They can be shortened, for instance, you don't need to include the Android/Cyborg/Robot titles. Just Android will be good, the user might have an idea what they're going to click on and when they'll be taken to the thread the title alone will clear up thoughts such as "They have Android but what about Robot?", High School such as HS etc,. I actually thought you were going with a "banner strip" like appearance. Also it depends on what pic you use that'll determine how visible it shows right? I can help find pics if that's the case. What's the size for one category? |

I wanted to make the picture narrower actually, but I wasn't sure if it'd be visually pleasing to leave the faces out. I tried hard to keep the neckties in the picture, otherwise you can't really tell it's the HS genre. Maybe I should have just the uniform in the picture...? The picture itself is 124 x 80. What color text should I use? blue or pink? |

Banner strip, as in something like this:   Compliments to the One Piece club :> But that won't do I guess since we're relying on images to show what each category presents. We don't need the pic to fully show what category is as well, relying on popular BL is an option. Like using Mousou Elektel was good since we can assume majority of people have read it and know it's HS students. The tie works well too for others who haven't. Ohh the colors, lol. I'd go with Blue. Goes well with black (mangacap) and.. mal's.. theme. |

Still feels plain. I'm not great at graphics, so some tips would be great. Sometimes it looks better with a little sub-title like 'student-student' so I hope it's okay that I keep it. ... Added some stripes: Oh yeah, about finding pictures, it would be great to get some help doing so, but I wouldn't mind it by myself if the club isn't in a rush to get this done. PM-ing is probably the best for that to avoid clutter in the club threads? |
