| 10/10 instant favorite I've been expecting to watch this for a looooong time but since it has so many seasons I thought 'yeee maybe I won't watch it after al' but here I am and I FREAKING LOVE IT Chiaki deserves respect for taking care of Nodame. I wouldn't be able to. lol she'S SO CUTE AND FUNNY THOUGH I want more. |

| Wow! I can't believe I only just started watching this... I have been keeping it on my "Plan to watch" list for too long! The first episode was just great: it really makes me want to keep watching. | This is on my PTW for too long and I really don't have a high expectation on this one and now I feel bad that I just watch it right now. Anyway Great episode/introduction. Chiaki and Nodame is really funny. I think I'm gonna go a little deeper on classical music Nodame : "Is this what you call falling in love?" XD |

| That was a cute and funny intro :) Nodame's voice is cute in a natural way. I don't typically like Chiaki type of character, but I think it works well here when he's in a comedy duo with Nodame. Their interactions were funny. I didn't notice it til the end of the episode, but the pacing was rather fast I think, but it flowed well so it didn't feel that way. Nodame falling in love was rather fast, but not unbelievable seeing how she is. I'm not really that familiar with classical music, I only recognized one song in this episode (and forgot the name of it lol). But I can still appreciate it, the duet at the end was great. |
| This is such a great start to a much loved series from everyone. ^~^They are so adorable together lol. The chemisty and interaction between Nodame and Chiaki are so well executed that it just makes me smile from ear to ear. x) Episode one confession wasn't expected at all though. xD I think I might be looking at my next 10. |

| Okay okay. Not bad. It's funny how filthy she lives lolol. When he knocked over that can and bugs started to fly out-- disgusting LOL XD I do hope they fall in love tho, little by little. Since they can play in synch with one another huehuehue :P |

| Wow, a likable opening. I don't actively listen to any piano players but I found my little feet moving to their piece they were playing. The ending is definitely going to get stuck in my head and I can't wait to sing it washing dishes. |

| Great introductory ep to a new series! Didn't expect Shinichi to be the protagonist, typically in josei anime/manga we get to follow mainly the female character. Definitely makes for a fresh perspective, especially since he's so down to earth, and Nodame is so... quirky, lol. I think they're gonna make a perfect duo :3 The arstyle and music are top-notch as well, I did not expect it to look this good! |

| Fucking awesomeee!! Honestly some bits that don't really make sense (not that it really matters for an anime anyway), like how the apartment is right next to each other but none of them noticed each other's playing? I mean, a grand piano has incredibly powerful sound. Also, no fucking pianist in this world is crazy enough to put trash on top of the piano (man I fucking cringed hard), then again seems like Nodame is just that insane lol. Very funny, good timing on everything too. The last performance was also pretty great. Already a very promising start. |
