Basically there is original Saint Seiya series. After which goes Saint Seiya: Meiou Hades Juuni Kyuu Hen, after which goes Saint Seiya: The Hades Chapter - Inferno and Saint Seiya: The Hades Chapter - Elysion. Then goes Saint Seiya: The Heaven Chapter - Overture. After that you may watch whatever you like - there is a sequel by Toei, called Saint Seiya Omega, but it is not based on manga. And there is a prequel, the only anime one, which is based on the manga Lost Canvas. There are two OVA's: Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas - Meiou Shinwa and Saint Seiya: The Lost Canvas - Meiou Shinwa2, but adaptation is not finished. It was cancelled because of poor merchandising sales. The same with Omega, it has only 2 seasons and was cancelled because of poor merchandising sales as well. By the way while Lost Canvas is based on a manga, it is not by original creator of manga - Masami Kurumada, so it may differ from his official manga sequel - Saint Seiya Next Dimension. |

But there are different stories - Saint Seiya Lost Canvas about the past Holy War and Saint Seiya Omega about the new saints fighting with Gods. |
