One of my favorite aspects of Zoids is that you get to see genuine character growth among many characters. I rewatched Chaotic Century with a friend after I finished it on my own and just seeing how immature Van started out was amazing compared to what he was like when he ended the series. Raven, Fiona, and the rest were the same way. All of them developed beyond their original archetypes. Having just finished Zoids Genesis, I have the same feeling. At very least, you get to see Ruuji grow as a person during the course of the series. He doesn't totally change personalities or anything but he grows stronger as a person and I really enjoyed that. Anyone else feel the same way? |

Fiona in the other hand matures in some way besides being the naive girl to be full time protected starts to act as an intelligence personel or some kind of operator, well that's better than nothing. |
