...it seems like some units are crazy powerful. Van and his Dann of Thursday seem nigh indestructible. He can get attacked by like 8 enemies a turn and not take a single point of damage all the while killing each of them in one hit. Plus Van always hits even with a hit chance % of less than 40. Just finished Episode 25 where Rey appears again. I had Van use Valor and he killed Rey in one hit. O.o Although, despite all of Van's awesomeness I still find myself relying on Go and Anna's combined Godannar TDM. Keeping Godannar and Neo Okusaer partnered lets me combine them as soon as their morale is high enough. Also, I <3 the Godannar theme and Heartbreaker animation. For me it's the best way to finish a boss. Plus I selected Godannar as a favorite in the beginning so I get tons of money/EXP for defeating bosses with robots from that anime. Anyone else playing SRW-K or has played it? |

Yeah; Dann of Thursday is probably the strongest unit in the game. |

Gaiking The Great and Kotetsushin Jeeg are a bit stronger than Dann, but they both require more than one unit to use. Not that you don't have a ridiculous amount of leeway in that regard anyway. I just hope GunxSword shows up for a Playstation 3 SRW sometime. ![]() |

The Double Spin Storm attack by the Jeeg units is great (especially when combined with the 2.5x attack spirit). The problem the Jeeg units have is that to use them to their full extent means sticking with each other and the Big Shooter units. Sadly the Big Shooter units don't really dodge well or take hits well. A couple attack combos that hit the Jeeg/Big Shooter pairs are usually enough to destroy them. Gaiking I'm not too thrilled with. It has a few nice attacks but it just hasn't stood out as much as I'd have liked. The Soul Tiger from Zoids Genesis stands out more than it does... |

I wasn't a huge fan of Soul Tiger actually. I did a Zoids Genesis run, and it seemed to be the least impressive of all of them, which is sad because it was an ace in the show. Did Seijuurou actually get Soul eventually? ![]() |

Did Seijuurou actually get Soul eventually? Out of all the zoids (minus BioPtera), only Seijuurou, Zairin, and Ron were of any use to me. Seijuurou had 11 base move and 14 when Kotona used Acceleration so he could be anywhere on the battlefield at pretty much any time. His spirits were great at keeping him alive too. Zairin's BioVolcano was an absolute beast and its MAP attack always got fired 1-2 times a mission. Ron had the problem of being slow but his MAP attack was excellent. Ruuji could have been decent but he didn't have an Acceleration spirit and he had all the durability of a wet paperbag. I'd attack a boss and then the boss would counter attack and kill him. I'd have needed to load him down with armor+ items just to make him durable enough to fight. Garaga was cool but he couldn't move far and, again, didn't have an Acceleration spirit. Kotona was good as a partner and the Muteki Dan had an enemy morale -10 spirit which was kind of nice once in a while. Seijuurou's final spirit is an overpriced Disturbance. |

The only Zoids Genesis unit I used was Kotona, because of her cut-in scene. :V Also, they all had a B-rank in space. It was kinda sad to see a main character being pummeled by little grunt units, from SEED, no less. |

Still, I don't understand why they made Ruuji so weak. Overall he just didn't have much going for him. Hopefully we'll see Chaotic Century in an SRW game someday in a much better form. |
