| Wow that was pretty damn awesome :O Awesome setting. It actually gave me some Samura Champloo vibes but with awesome fantasy vibes :D DAT ANIMATION!!! Dat OST!!! Dat Demon girl <3<3 And Favaro seems really fun XD Loving this guy :D Interesting to see him becoming a demon. What's with anime today showing naked guys XD First Yuuji from Grisaia then Favaro lol. |

| Whoever decided that pressing the point that it was based on a card game in the summary, needs to be fired. I know a lot of people who were put off and unsure of this show because of that. And yet this show really seem to have NOTHING to do with card games. It's completely fantasy/ adventure. I hope more people give this a chance since it's really quite awesome. |

| hated it. not my style of animation, i thought the whole thing looked horrible. i actually facepalmed a couple times at how bad some scenes were drawn. already dropped. |
| God I hope they tone down that MC's level of obnoxious since other than that I found myself enjoying this quite a lot. Didn't really read much into this series beforehand but the world lore and rules definitely pique my interest as it felt a lot like some grand JRPG. |
| I find this quite unique; the setting was pretty western, the characters are not a school theme, the music was pretty good, and MAPPA doing this was.... amusing. Although sometimes I might get bored if its too western, or if the story and character didn't meet my expectations. Though it is a great start and the action in here was pretty fluid. I'm going to enjoy this :D |

| Ohh that was very different from any I've seen so far. It's probably because of what other people mentioned, it felt western. For some reason, it felt a little Disney to me at parts. Hmm as for Favaro, many people seem to like him. I think he's okay so far. Maybe I'll like him later on. The animation was amazing and the character designs are nice too. Liking them lips. Seems like it'll be a quite interesting anime. |
| Wow just a great first episode considering I was not expecting it to bu good at all but damn I loved that first episode the one flaw this show has tho is the main character I mean I can understand having an annoying main character but this one is beyond annoying I might just watch it for that girl. |

| It was pretty dope. Liked the whole fantasy aspect, character and environment designs were pretty cool and story is yet to be shown so I'm waiting on that. Regarding 3DCGI I'd say it's some of the best applied instances of CGI I've seen so far. Not sure if it's the textures or the way of applying to the frame, but alongside FSN Ultimate Blade Works it's definitely some of the best CGI usage I've seen in anime. Everywhere else I've seen it, my stomach turned and it my eyes started hurting after moments of exposure, and so this has really given me a flash of possibilities CGI could open in anime. Regardless not a big fan of this stuff, but it seems to work in SnB: Genesis :) |

| Not sure about the character design for the male MCs. I mean, it's nice to have something different, but they look a bit weird. The demon girl in bikini armor..well, at least it's unlikely she will ever wear less after the inevitable power up....unless she goes totally naked like just a bit earlier. Some of the CGI like on the aquaduct or whenever Bahamut was shown was noticable, and it does throw me off a bit, but the rest was okay. If they used it besides there it was not noticable, so it's okay. The story is interesting so far. She's a demon, and yet she gets fooled so easily? Unless he does know a way, and he just doesn't know that himself set.. |

| That was fun compressed in a single episode. The MC is awesome and the comedy was actually well-placed. This is definitely one of the best of the season based on the first episode. |

| I have been looking for a medieval ages/fantasy anime for a while now, so this was a really big surprise for me considering how I haven't heard anything about it before today. Overall i really enjoyed it. The action was good, the characters were likable, and I love how they managed to put in comedic moments without putting in those annoying as hell, over-exaggerated chibi moments that totally ruins other anime in the same genre for me. I also liked that there was minimal fan service. The setting was also really unique, in a way it sort of reminded me of the Elder Scrolls video game series and I like that it's a unique setting from the usual Japanese setting, similar to how Attack on Titan had a unique and refreshing setting. I think i'll be picking this one up, and am definitely looking forward to the next episode. |

Lol, I think shows use characters like him not because they're actually good people, but because they're interesting, and they won't be boring to watch. You can do a lot of exploration with characters like these and maybe even see some growth I understand how you feel though, I myself just began to appreciate these types of characters (sometimes). Also, there are other leads to balance him out, so it's not like it'll just be about him and his douchebaggery. The other male lead seems like the noble honest type, so there's some good contrast there |

| I thought that the CGI will look horrible but not that much. I am liking Favaro for now and I think the girl kissed him so he has a tail at the end hehe. |

| I shall dedicate some minutes to say the following: This first episode was awesome, and easily one of the top three of the season (so far). The epic music, the epic animation, and the epic background story made this an epic episode. |
