DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- For being such an OVA the artwork and battle scenes were really well animated. The verdicts still out on the story and characters, but color me intrigued. She said, "Don't make others suffer for your personal hatred." |

It was really different from the manga. But I still liked it. The fight was cool.  |

Nice to go back in time & see how things were done in a different era. Some good old school violence and despair. Like how that scientist/engineer takes care of business with a rocket hammer. :-)   |

Being a cybernetic doctor, I think he should have protected his hands more, forgo close quarter combat and opted for long ranged weapons. Come to think of it, whatever happened to guns or projectile weapons for that matter? I haven't seen a single one in this episode. I got more questions but it seems like I'm already ranting. :P Yugo seems to be involved in the spine black market...err wait the black market below Zalem is the only market there is. LOL Maybe the second episode will have the answers for me. |

I really enjoyed it. For being a 30min ova you got a big look at their world, some action, and a decent plot that made sense.     |

Old school series. I think this is the oldest series I might of ever watched before, silly me Anyways, looks alright so far...even though I'm watching it in dubbed. I'm surprised that Gally/Alita has a stronger personality than most robotic girls than I originally thought. Also, that dog ;.;  |
