In my opinion I hate ambiguous endings for romances eg. cross game( though i did like the other aspects of that show a lot) and try to avoid them but I also hate when endings are clear cut and simple just to make the story writing easier eg. visual novel adaptations.

Thus my recomendations are though they may not necessarily be from 2011 on (keeping in ind the tsundere/short hair aspects you like )

Not only is this one of my favorite shows I genuinely believe the main heroine of the story may be the greatest female character in all of anime, The cold and beautiful Senjougahara (In season 2 she cuts her hair short)

Even as far as anime is concerned this show is peculiar, the main female in this is very tsundere but shows a lot of cuteness her hair get cut short mid way through but before that her hair is ridiculously long like repunzel

Kara no kyoukai (split up in the form of seven movies,1-7, roughly equivalent to one full season)One of my favorite animes of all time again. No matter what dont drop it early even though you may think the heroine is a deranged sereal killer at the beginning you wont find out the truth till the end(the movies arent in chronological order but thats just the way it is).
