| First of all, Kuroko's shorter hair was great, but she's still unbelievably annoying with that voice of hers, although it sounds a little better in a pillow.. (Oh and still a great OP) Aww that was a cute Uiharu when Kuroki mentioned going to Tokiwadai xD And Kuroko really wasn't smart back then, and well.. she still isn't D: Too damn impatient. And then... RAILGUN! : D Too bad though, episode needs more Biribiri.. And could've had some Touma aswell D: |

| Why didn't the bank robber just whip the marbles like a baseball pitch? Would have been like trowing shotgun blasts... Oh well, the episode wasn't that bad overall. A little back story every now and then never hurts (unless your watching Tenjou Tenge in which case it'll make you claw your eyes out in frustration). |
| Uiharu and Kuroko's past was very interesting and good development with these characters, so I liked it so far. I really want to know about Kuroko and Biribiri meet each other for their first time, though. I'm very glad that series have 24 episodes instead 12. |

| Kuroko's voice is unbearably horrible, just her voice not the character. This ep was good in terms of making a "past" story connect and give some background. The manga had barely 5 pages of touma in it so I guess all the extra screen time he's getting is fanservice for TAMI/touma fans. I don't mind but the scenes he's in are kinda useless, like fillers. So in all I'm getting mixed feelings about watching this but if I get to see more misaka railgun then I guess I'll watch it just cuz. |

| This episode is the most boring of all episodes in the series imo. Boredom. :( But I'm surprised i enjoy this show as much as I enjoy To Aru Majutsu no Index. It's very fun. Kuroko is annoying though. Saten is my type. I think she reminds me of Mio from K-ON. But i don't like when she whines about not having power. |

| Pretty nice episode but I think the best part was when Misaka used her lightning powers to save Kuroko from Equal speed guy. Okay so Uihiharu and Kuroko when they were young were so cute. I loved how they made that promise together. I also loved how she can't teleport herself in the past and progresses as time goes by. Just look at her now, she's a master of teleportation! Also loved the senpai's ability. X-ray vision is an awesome power if you use it right. :> Unfortunately Kuroko's voice didn't change, lol. Didn't get to see some Misaka x Touma either so eh, good episode. not the best but still good. |

| Some nice background on Kuroko and Uihara this episode. Still, for an organization called "Judgement" you have to wonder about theirs when they decided to have middle school girls perform law enforcement field work. Even if they do have esper powers, it seems irresponsible but oh well. |

| 5/5 Bet that oddly enough, even if it brings a break in the plot and although there is interest in the past of Kazari and Kuroko, I liked it, without being bored while narrative. Drawings well made and funny at times! Promoted! |
