| Ah Seo, you never fail to amuse me. "Candy..Candy? Is that a slang for Something? Candy and the whip?" "The patterns on your ribbon are different, But could you be Sakura?!" Hnng, Chiyo wearing a white ribbon These were the most memorable for me and Nozaki expressing his love for fireworks. What a hidden gem this series has been, glad I picked it up and it made for what turned out to be an enjoyable season of anime. Felt the show was beginning to lose its charm toward the end, so i'm happy with how they closed it. The manga is just as fun for anyone who want to start on it |

| I absolutely loved this adaptation of the manga! One of the few adaptations that actually made me reread the manga just to know what was about to animated each week :D Gonna miss anxiously waiting for the new episodes to come out every week for this series... season 2 please! Also, did anyone else notice how Sakura resembles a lot like Mamiko in the flashback? I never noticed it till now >.< |

| Not happy with how that ended. I saw that gag with Nozaki coming from a mile off. I hoped it wasn't going to happen, but it did. So in the end, we didn't get anywhere. Poor Sakura. 7.5/10 |

| My one regret, not being able to watch the finale as soon as it came out. This was one of the best shows this season. 9/10 only because all the relationships never developed into anything concrete or rather the story didn't cover the entire progression. This is fine. Not what was suppose to happen. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Great cast, great dialogue. |

OMMGGG Nozaki-kun's thought are always about his manga even at the end, but I guess that is what makes him who he is. Felt a little bad for Sakura when he said he liked fire works, I was SURE he was going to tell her he appreciates her or something. He did get close to her thought, that whisper! I'm really satisfied with this season and hope that they will do the entirety of the manga! |

| I want season 2 this was one of the best comedy shows and best show this summer season! 10/10 Feel bad for Sakura, she couldn't help it she was blushing like mad also the scene where Nozaki ate the chocolate off the ground omg was the best. One of my favorite comedy's so far! |

| And so it's over ;_; While other series had their ups and downs this season, Gekkan Shoujo was the only one that remained constantly awesome every single episode. I swear this shit cures depression. The complete cast of characters was excellent and I mean every one including the ones that got little screen time like Nozaki's editor. They absolutely need made a second season, it would be criminal to just end it after 12 episodes. 8+/10 |

| 12 awesome episodes. This show is like an animated version of Friends. Every single one of the cast is so funny! Mikorin was underused in this episode, but was still great. Sakura and Nozak scenes in my opinion were the better part of the finale. Really enjoyed their back story and while I knew the ending was going to be another "troll Nozaki moment" it was still very well done. Just like Sakura, I'm fine with just this... ...FOR NOW 'CAUSE WE ARE GOING TO NEED A SECOND SEASON!!!!!! |

| This show was the surprise of the season for me, I almost didn't pick it up because I thought it was going to be just another generic RomCom but I'm glad I did because it was an absolute treat. Easily the best comedy anime I've seen and maybe one of the best comedies I've seen period. Please Anime Jesus, give us a second season, if any show deserves it, its Gekkan Shoujo. |
| Almost teared up a little at the end. Chiyo knows he doesn't feel the same way, but that doesn't stop her from liking him (the feels man, I got so many feels). Even got to finally see why the whole "picking her up" scene was so important. Honestly one of the best anime season finales I've ever watched, which is quite impressive considering its genre. Hilarious gags, great opening/ending songs, very likable characters, awesome relationships (Hori x Kashima is probably my favorite pairing)... what wasn't there to like about this show? I always made fun of the shoujo genre, so watching this was possibly the greatest thing ever. Makes me miss School Rumble a bit too. They're both very similar in comedy/romance. |

And of course, a second season for Nozaki-kun >; I don't know if I rate 9/10 or 10/10. well, let's go with 9.5/10 then. |
| I'm not even mad at the ending. Nozaki stayed true to his character and that's why I like him. I kept rewinding the White Day scene because: 1. I never heard of it. 2. It's hilarious. Why don't many have a White Day themed episode? This show had some great characters and most of the comedy felt fresh which kept me watching each week. 8/10 and best of the season. |

| That was a great final episode. Was not expecting romance in the slightest. I've always wonder what the fuss is about Nozaki lifting up Chiyo (thought it was a delusion of hers), but now I know. That was pretty cute. There's absolutely nothing I hated or even remotely disliked about this show. Definitely looking forward to 2nd season if it does end up selling well. 10/10 |

| Overall it was quite cute little series,nothing to special or groundbreaking though. They should remove the romance tag from its genre since ,with the exception of Sakura liking Nozaki from the very first scene and it basically going nowhere,there's almost zero in it.But yeah its still a shonen title aimed at kids so that's the reason its nonexistent. Also the comedy for the most part was good,but overdone since there couldn't be not even 1 serious moment/scene throughout the entire series where there wasn't some sort of comedic relief/misunderstanding just jumping in. 7/10 |

| The series never really tries to change your expectations after the first episode until like the last two minutes : / Even then... Well, nothing is happening in the manga either, this was inevitable. I fear that the season 2 route will simply become something like Seitokai Yakuindomo s2, which really just eliminates the point of romance in favour of running the same shit till it becomes stale. Oh well. It was certainly worth watching. |
