Boy am I glad I don't see creatures like that one on top of the mountain. Oh, and while I liked this episode, I'm sure if you put many of the characters together, especially the kids, I wouldn't be able to tell them apart... Don't know if that's an issue, but I'm just saying.

Really good episode, my favourite yet.
Damn, that Kuchinawa was huge!
Also, something I didn't understand:
Does Ginko smoke, just to not attract Mushis?

Yes.

Yep, he smoke so that Mushi won't be attracted to him. Hahah! LOL! Maybe I'll smoke too! Just kidding. But seeing that Kuchinawa over the mountain is just fantastic! It's amazing! ^__^

Each episode is just so good. except all the little kids look like they're the same character, its a little frustrating.

i hadnt picked up on the smoking thing though.. thats pretty funny :P

That was such a sad past T_T... and that mushi was giant o_o

The people in the village were cruel to just abandon their kids liek that ._.

Don't want to sound like a broken record, but I also noticed the kids similarities. Once I started this episode I wondered if I popped in the wrong DVD, then I realized, it could have been any episode I previously saw >>

That's one giant mushi.

That huge mushi was an epic ending though..the lord of the mountain..

beautiful pieces. though it's a sort of stories where i can't completely understand what's going on. i wonder how smoking can keep mushi away?

The mountain with the giant Kuchinawa on the top was a magnificent view.
We also got to know that mushishis (tend to) attract mushis. I'm also wondering if there are any other deep reasons why Ginko wanted to save that one old man at all cost.

Epic Mushi. Kinda felt sad for the Master of the mountain though.

Splendid episode once again.
I really loved the flashback about the old dude, I'd never thought that it was her wife who killed Mushi-sama, but at least that really make sense.

lol any1 noticed this is the first time we saw a actually wildlife animal? the boar

such an amazing episode!
and we finally get some more hints on the mushishi way of life
i wonder if Ginko was feeling a little nostalgic when he saw the kid with so much resolve in their job, and remembering how he used to be when younger...

Rainbow, clouds and now mountains... this series is really something. Makes me wanna dream...

Best episode yet, but the snake kinda looked like a turd on the mountain lol ^^
