| Several days ago, i tried to access this site with my school computer. I've log in with my school computer many times, but this time, I can't. It said that I'd failed to log in many times before, and the IP address was blocked for 2 hours. But it's been 5 days and it's still blocked. | The API server I run for Atarashii! got banned the other night too (Sept 22). It seems Incapsula found something it didn't like. I sent in a PM with the full error message, but judging by the progress around here, I'm doubting it'll get resolved in any kind of timely manner. |

| This isn't a ban by Incapsula, this is a site ban for too many failed login attempts. The problem with your school computer is a shared IP. Someone else accessing MAL with the same IP address may be continually trying to get into their account and you keep getting blocked out by friendly fire. I spoke to another user on a shared network that also experienced the same persisting error for a number of days. The user never returned after we spoke, so I'm supposing it sorted itself out with a bit of time. |
