Does Working!! have romance.

I know the genre(at least on MAL) says there is no romance in the anime, but I hear a lot of the time that it does have some romance.
Can someone clarify without spoiling anything.

uhh it has people crushing on others but not any actual romantic development, it's just used for comedic effect

Yes, but barely. There's mutual love but they don't even get in a relationship. In the third season, I believe we'll finally see some couples forming (from what people have told me)

There are romances that develop, but the point of the series is how different personality issues get in the way. Shyness, insecurity, family baggage, social rules and other issues all come into play to block the relationships from forming smoothly. The show kind of follows the general arc of ToraDora! in that way. In both shows the ships gel at the end.
