| Some nice sound effects were added in the opening First part was much more enjoyable. I love Joseph reactions. I was hoping the High Pristess would had kept silent. Good thing they didn't show her face. I know we all wanted to confirm that she was a beauty. Well, now we have to endure till 2015. |

| Hmm. I've never read the manga but fans really hyped part 3 up to be super duper amazing and blow the previous parts out of the water. I did enjoy this anime but I still liked part 2 a lot more ^^ But on to the second half of the anime! |

There's some enjoyable parts in the second half, but most people think of Part 3 as being middle of the series to one of the weaker parts. Most people consider 7, 4 and 2 to be the best of Jojo (excluding Part 8, as it's still being published). |
| The end to that fight was pretty disappointingly simple, considering how versatile that High Priestess was. Also, I didn't get the hand-gestures "I can't see your underwear" reference. The altered OP was really neat. |

| Is this really the best part of Jojo? I don't think it's bad but very far from a masterpiece that everyone hyped. It's an okay action series without too much bullshit and very manly for sure, also some clever fights but that's about it. Well I hope the 2nd season would be better although I read that it'd be just as episodic. 7/10 |

I never read the manga and I say that 1st season of stardust crusade is more entertaining than anything from part 2 or part 1 |

| Good ep, the high priestess stand is good but jotaro star platinum is better. They finally reach egypt, so hype for season 2 of stardust crusader. Thought on this jojo sc, not as good as jojo bt arc still enjoyable ride(had some awsome moment like avdol vs polnareff, devil stand, the empress & hangedmen ep) plus the animation is way better. I have no regret watchng this show 8/10. |

| This was so damn good, loved this season. I still like the second arc of JoJo (pillar men arc) better than this one but it's still really good. I hope they continue to adapt this awesome manga for a long time. At least I hope we can get Diamond is Unbreakable. Also this scene was pure awesome:  |

Japan considers Part 3 and 5 the two best arcs in the series, while most of the fanbase outside of Japan considers them in the bottom 3 (with Phantom Blood). So really it depends where you're looking I guess. Also the second part of Part 3 is where most of the greatness of the Part occurs anyway so don't be surprised if it's much more well received with some of the more iconic fights. |

Sure, but it was never THE BEST, it was hyped because of all the Parts, Part 3 was the one that had the most exposure. It got a Capcom game, which popularized DIO, it had an OVA and it's the only part back then with a manga that was available in English. Part 4 and Part 7 are the fan favorites and every adventure of JoJo is different so please stop asking "Why can't it be more like Part 2", "DIO? DIO? DIO? Is it DIO? Where's DIO? Show DIO?", "why isn't ripple relevant anymore?" Ripple is fucking gone, deal with it. It's an art that needs to be mastered so not everyone can use them and their usage is limited and mainly used for fighting vampires which only come out at night. Then he proceeds to defeat the Stand with Hermit Purple, establishing that Hamon will have little use on the journey until Dio unless they happen to meet other obstacles in which sunlight would be effective against. The entire point of Hamon is that it harnesses the power of the sun/solar energy, so it's useful against zombies/vampires. Other clever uses of it are shown here and there, but none of them significant enough to overshadow the massive power of Stands. They could make an attempt to pass it down the bloodline, but again, that would be kind of pointless since all Joestars are likely to have very powerful Stands that would render Hamon useless unless they encounter a vampire/zombie. It might have been cool to see Hamon progress along with Stands, but it is what it is. |

| To be honest, I really didn't enjoy Part 3 (so far) as much as Part 1 and 2. I'm not really sure if it's the fact that everyone they fight, you'll never see again (other then Hol Horse), or the fact that a lot of battles are won from brute strength rather then wit. I'm hoping the 2nd half gets better. |

| My thoughts on the serie in short. No Dio, and new Jojo doesn't hold the candle to the old Jojo who is still there but it's not the same. The story is also less epic than it was in the second part of Jojo. New powers, stands, are much less awesome than the powers that were in previous season as well. OVERDRIVE! I loved it so much more. Well, the serie was still good but the fact that I have been waiting for DIO for the whole time and did not get him is ... why? Was it really necessary to prolong this journey? Ah. The fact that this part didn't have a defined ending is also disappointing. In general, I am disappointed. |
