This has been bothering me for a while now. What exactly is Uiharu's ability?
Right now it seems to have something to do with computer or electronic device hacking/cracking. Does her constant flues have something to do with her ability? Or her flowercrown? Maybe she can fuse her mind with data networks or something (that isn't very scientific, is it?). Or maybe she's just extremely good with computers, who knows.
I hope some future chapter will concentrate solely on Uiharu. I'm eager to know more about her.

Well, until Index reveals her ability we won't find out in secret in Railgun either it seems :S

Huh… interesting... that explains something I guess. She's only a level one, so I wonder how potent that ability is.
