| Absolutely not. Shoujo is but a demographic that can barely begin to describe everything under it anyway. You'll have flowery feel good romance like Kimi ni Todoke but then you'll also have violent and bloody ones like Escaflowne or Hakuouki. It's about as sensible to say someone is strange for liking shounen since that can range from Lucky Star to Attack on Titan. |

| In some ways I prefer reverse harems (shoujo) to regular ones (shounen/seinen). The guys just seem more reliable and likable than the dense or pervy beta males in harems and admittedly the heroine in RHs is usually my type (when she isn't an automated doll...Amnesia!...). |
