THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I wish shows like Digimon and Pokemon were taken and made PG-13 or R-rated. I'd enjoy them a million times more, obvious. I think it's really interesting that the female character wants to fight and the males don't. I appreciate it. Wow. That little girl needs to learn how to talk to her digimon better. The blue-haired one is my favorite.  |

Rika's starting to seem like a deconstruction of Ash Ketchum. "I wanna be the best" indeed. I love this dub. "You're going as a scarecrow and you're going to like it!" I like the new Digivolve animation and music. The old theme was getting really old after a hundred episodes. |

And this is where the series starts to move towards the surprisingly dark mood it's known for. :O The meta references are fun, too. "She looks like Kari with a punk twist!"  |

Digimon Queen is pretty heartless. Well, she does sound like me when I am playing Pokemon... I guess they are playing with that stereotype applied to real world and how cruel it is. Guilmon is pretty strong when those white things just pinged off him. |
