I've went through a rollercoaster of awe-inspiring, crushing, depressing, reinvigorating moments with this anime. The ending as touching and great as it is, I can't get over it. Why does it have to end?

Is there any continuation/additional stories I can watch/read???

Gurren Lagann may be over, but the creators recently made another anime. It's called Kill la Kill. Check it out, you might like it!

There are the movies which have extra scenes and some variation to them.

Also there are the parallel works music videos.

watch the 2 movies, the first movie is just a lot of recap but the last 20 minutes have new scenes meanwhile the second movie is full of new scenes with little recap and the second movie is darn more epic than the tv finale
