| Hello Kitty is obviously a cat, they just mean shes not a 'literal' cat because she talks and walks on 2 legs. Shes an anthropomorphic cat. Its obviously a translation issue and they didnt mean shes human. Its the same as other animal mascots like Tony the Tiger from cereal etc |
