| No, in a survival situation drinking your own urine is very bad because when you are out in the desert and you are suffering from heat stroke drinking urine could overload your body's cooling mechanisms, just pee on a bandanna, wrap it around your head and it'll help you cool down. |

| I'm not suffering from malnutrition or starvation. There's no point to drinking urine "for your own health" when there are better tasting, more nutrient packed beverages out there. Take a fucking multivitamin supplement before you start using your mouth as a fucking toilet bowl. If I was stranded in a desert, then sure. Maybe. I'd probably blow my brains out with a gun or slash my throat with a knife after the first day though, so it's not like it'd matter. |
