So, the fire department shouldn't respond to a fire alarm anymore if that same alarm has been malfunctioning several times in the past? What if it's working right for a change and the FD not showing up means the building burns down? Or how about paramedics sitting on their asses when a guy, who pranked them 9 times about having a heart attack, actually has one, thinking it's just another prank? IMO, no police officer should be this callous by at least not checking as to whether or not the guy was right, because in this case, he was actually right and they left him to die, even though they had all the means necessary to prevent that from happening. |
