| That list you want is fairly easy to make. You could do the photo edits with GIMP alone, and the BBcode used in that design isn't rocket science. I made myself one with a video intro which in my opinion was 10x harder than what you are asking for, and I'm not an expert with list designing. ( Granted I had to scrap it because eventually I messed up the code somewhere after an edit. ) So don't pay someone. Just learn to do it yourself. |
