| Great development awesome episode in general! Making Mao return was a right choose imo even if it's not in the neko appearance his new host is also quite nice! Suou being awakened was quite nice her skill seems rather epic! I wonder when they'll introduce those blonde twins! The epilogue was quite surprising, what intention does Hei has to kill Yin? Great episode lets see what happens next! |

| great episode and I feel so stupid I have seen half of gaiden already I got no idea why he want to kill yin but I can guess since I have seen some parts of gaiden already if only I saw the release dates earlier this season would be more epic I think with out knowing something from gaiden. |

| Suou deserved that slap from Hei. She doesn't know the first thing about him and is trying to stereotype him as a contractor. He would never kill the people he loves and doesn't always put his safety first like most other contractors do. This girl pisses me off. Well sucks for her because she's a contractor now too. And when that huge gun thing came out of her necklace, it felt like a mahou shoujo moment...yeah it's cool and all that she has a huge gun and has perfect aim with the help of July, but I'm not really sold by her power. Anyways, I love how Hei wasn't even fazed when he realized that he couldn't use his powers :) And July is on the team now. |

| I don't get this.. Hei lost his ability but little jou-chan got one now. Oh yeah what is this anime without little Mao huh ? Hahaha. His new look doesn't fit the voice. XD Though Hei still badass like always anywhow. |

From the forums, alot of people agreed that if Gaiden had come out first then the series would rank better. so far i'm actually enjoying it now that i'm not confused out of my mind. |

| So in the end Suou became the very thing she hated, a contractor. At least her obeisance isn't too bad. I'm glad we got Mao and Misaki back, now all we need is Yin. It's sucks that Hei doesn't have his powers anymore, imma be pissed if we have to see him like that for the remainder of the series. |

| Nika's death was just brutal. Hei lost his powers, and Suou gained some. So Mao is now in the squirrel, but that was kitty Mao that was killed....kitty violence is terrible. And WTF happened to Yin? |

Yes! Mao is alive! Woohooo! I'll miss the black cat body but, he's alive! So, Suou contract is a big ass sniper rifle, wow wow... that's new. I assume Hei's powers got captured inside of the fragment meteor since his star did fade away instead of falling. But now, really, what happened with Yin? Not Even Mao knows and Hei saying he will kill her... Dude, stop drinking your problems away! >_< This episode had a lot of violence and deaths! A lot of free violence I must say. | Whoooa, did Nika seriously got eaten alive by some insects?! God worst death ever confirmed T^T But why was he even following Tanya after what she's done to him, normal guy would be scared away, sigh. So glad that Mao is back, even if not in his cat form! Plus, July is a new teammate, that's unexpected huh. Why was he even in the first series again? Magical weapon was kind of weeeird, but oh welp. I wonder if Suo's personality's gonna change now as well? |

| whaaat? Hei wants to kill Yin? maybe I actually should watch the OVA. That aside I'm kinda sad he lost his powers :( He had the best one after all. Hope he gets it back but I suppose that won't happen at all or at least not until they realize what the stone is Suou has. |
| That was a bit rough. I will say watching the OVAs before the Gemini was the good move for me when it came to understanding and taking Hei's character change a lot better compared to how I felt before, but the way Suou awakened her Contractor Powers felt comically out of place compared to the nature of the show and its tone, for a sec I thought this was a Shounen Jump anime. The episode as a whole felt pretty boring for me but now that they're going to Japan, let's see what the show has in store. Good music for the episode although I'm still not a fan of how the seasons changed the identity and styles of the music completely from jazz to techno. Plus, don't like how the show just shows the same flashback frame of Yin over and over and over again to try and be suspenful and ambiguous, kind of gets annoying after some time. |
| Being able to materialize weapons is pretty badass, depending on how it's used. Origami is a pretty small price to pay, relative to the power. July joins Hei and Co, which is pretty cool. Misaki looks as fine as ever and is was demoted from her previous position. Looks like she'll be joining Section 3 to try and get closer to Hei. |

| OMG WAIT, so many things happened. Nika died, sadly Tanya didn't die, Suou became a contractor? Don't tell me all her emotions are gone as well, I hate this. Also MAOOOO. Don't know how to feel about that and what happened between Yin and Hei?!?! Can't wait to watch those 4 episodes. Now, to see where this season will go. |

| Damn, this episode. Mao is alive, you love to see it. Hei might've turned angsty after whatever happened with/to Yin. And who's the MC, Hei or Suou? Hei now partnering up with the MI6 kid (July)? Kirihara still being a stalker? Really interesting. It gets you hooked. |

And now one of the most mysterious characters of the first show, that creepy af little boy July will also be part of the team?! Well at least for a while.
