welcome to MAL broski, i was exactly the same loool, i had a MAL account and didnt even know about the intro forums till like last month lol. Que sera sera i guess.
What kinda genres do you like? I like pretty much any, having said that i have a pretty high standard of anime imo, anything with a 7 or above in my list is wortj checking out :)

I suffer from severe anxiety :/ but I'm slowly getting to grips with dealing with it :) So next time you're stressed, take a step back, inhale and laugh :D Remember WHO you are and why you've come this far. I don't believe in god or the like, but I do believe that no challenge we face is impossible to complete, no mountain too high, no load too heavy :D Be flexible, make time for the things you enjoy. Love yourself and love others, just remember, life is a beautiful rollercoaster. There are the awesome highs and the scary lows, just remember - keep moving forward, roll with the punches :)
