Could someone fix a few issues with my anime list theme?

The only thing I know how to change is the background, which is very easy. Essentially, what I want fixed are the table width / bottom buttons / categories (watching, completed, etc) to look like the original. If someone could do that for me, I would appreciate it a lot!
