I'm trying to figure out the appropriate place to mention that I'm seeking an manga/anime style artist? Direct money payment. Anyone who knows where I should look, please let me know. It's for individual pictures, not for a long-term project.

I don't really know what else to say. XD If this is the wrong place for this, please inform me!
