| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I think this episode was better than the previous. Time to level it up with the Persona and we also see more of Adachi's psat. I think we even get a little bit of Social Link. Actually now that i think about it, this is my favorite episode of this season so far. I really hope the show can maintain this mood now. Oh poor Nanako... |

| With the emerging bromance between Yu and Adachi I was beginning to wonder if they would show the 'Lust' ending. But with that ending I'd imagine not. Nice that this one wasn't all about Marie, though I'm a bit annoyed that they almost seem to be crediting her with pointing Adachi out as the suspect, thus undoing all the good work of my beloved investigation squad. |
| Glorious. What a glorious ep. Whole ep dedicated to Adachi and even covered the majority of his social link. Oh man great memories of what he did Saki and all of them and even kept the part where he talks to her in the TV. | Ahh, the handshake of doom strikes again. Anyway, I don't mind Marie being the "MC" of P4GA but it was quite nice to see the story of Adachi, his arrival to Inaba and his amm.. mental instability? |
| That new character's inttros! Especially this ep. lol~ Mainly about that bad guy. The story when he first entered this countryside, and how he found Mayonaka TV. His side of story, sort of?, in one ep. The main guy started to be kind, and that bad guy somehow shows his real self early in this ver. The final battle?? That's fast! |

| Oh that jab at the beginning for dancing all night... Oh shit! Adachi backstory?! Wasn't expecting that! Always wanted to know more but the game never went too deep on this subject. So it seems like Adachi felt more and more out of place after Yu arrived. That's a nice little touch the anime added to help build his character more. I wonder if we'll see the Would be a interesting "what if" scenario to see. Man this was a nice episode. Love seeing more Adachi. |

| Hey, Yuu You. I wonder of that was meant to be a pun from Marie in the opening? This episode's all about Yuu raising Adachi's social link eh. They really sped through the story, focusing entirely on Adachi's perspective throughout the anime. Won't make much sense unless you've played the game or watched the previous Persona 4 anime. Woah, woah, woah there. They didn't just go for the bad end, did they? Dammit...I've been wishing for Adachi's death ever since I knew of his true self. I'm not understanding what's happening... But anyways, this episode was better than all the previous episodes together, this started getting interesting now. I wasn't expecting Nanako to die :c |

| i didn't understand anything of this entire episode.. i don't know this cop, i dont know the woman he threw ito the television, i don't know why he did it or where he should even know them from (besides one being an actor or something), all the time switching confuses the hell out of me too.. hate it when an anime does that.. i think this episode is really hard to understand if you are unfamiliar with the game. seems so rushed and unexplained like they expect the viewers to already know the details. |

Then why are you still watching the show? This is fanservice for people who've played the game/watched the first anime and already are familiar with the story. A lot of people have mentioned this since they started airing P4GA and a guy called Noellage even wrote an essay about this, so I am surprised that you haven't noticed anything. Since I don't think you've even watched Persona 4 The Animation - I couldn't find it in your list anyway - and you've already stated that you've never played the game I suggest you to stop watching this immediatly and watch the first anime adaptation or, if possible, play the game(s). Then you can start watching Persona 4 The Golden Animation. haha, that explains a lot. i hadn't seen anyone say this before since i usualy don't check the series discussion section unless something gets really confusing or there is a huge plot twist and i wonder how people react to that. i have honestly seen it worse. i've watched BlazBlue: Alter Memory, now that was a confusing ride.. i am extremely stuborn with dropping series so i even finished ones i hated watching. so something being really confusing wouln't really stop me that easily, especialy since some are ment to be like that and then towards the end everything becomes clear like in Mekakucity Actors. |

| I had to go through three walkthroughs, a host of wiki pages, just to understand what the heck was going on with this show. I have to say though, it's gotten me interested in the original 26 episode anime, and I'll probably go grab the game as soon as I can find it again (sold out at local retailer). So good on you director, you've made a new fan :P This world is quite interesting to say the least, its a shame I'm so bad at video games, or else I'd probably garner more enjoyment from this... |

The whole atmosphere was so different, I don't know if its just me but everything seemed like it was tinted grey, made it look really bleak and atmospheric and really supported Adachi and the dull life he was reflected on. If you don't have the time or interest then the first 26 episode anime is a good watch, it's a bit rushed and oddly paced but considering how much content they put into a short-ish series it was decent. Though by watching this episode and coming onto the forums you have really spoiled major things from the game, sadly.. |
| This was the best episode by far. They really did a great job expanding on Adachi's character, he was one of my favorites in the game. Looks like we will be getting more Adachi next week as well. So far I'm liking this adaptation more than the original anime. |

| This episode was definitely the best one so far! I've only played the original P4 game and even after getting the True Ending, it was still difficult to pinpoint where Adachi's head was at. This episode really clears up the fog and strikes a few heartstrings along the way. Adachi is still a piece of trash, but this episode helps us make more sense of it. |
| Plot is moving? so this didn't became a slife-of-life series season!?! Good to see some development on Adachi as villain. Have to say Adachi is a pretty miserable person with his lack of empathy, always being the outcast of some sort. I wonder what happened before his transfer for him to become like that. |
