Title says it all. I'm after an episode guide to skip the filler; if I can find one that lets me skip the idiotic filler through HM, I will resume the series. So basically I just want an episode breakdown of what to watch, eg;

1-63 is fine (even with the couple Don Kanonji fillers, better than filler arcs).

Skip 64-109, then resume 110 for HM, but HM has filler mixed in with it, so this is where I need ep counts of what to watch and skip.

So if anybody remembers, could you kindly post (and preferably keep the thread updated in the future, it'll be a useful reference).

1st filler arc: The Bount Arc
Beginning Episode; 64
Ending Episode; 91

2nd filler arc: The Bount's Assualt on Soul Society Arc
Beginning Episode; 92
Ending Episode; 109

3rd filler arc: The New Captain, Shusuke Amagai Arc
Beginning Episode; 168
Ending Episode; 189

4th(and current) filler arc; Zanpakuto Unknown Tales Arc
Beginning Episode; 230
Ending Episode; unknown

Why on EARTH would you want to skip any of bleach?
I know it gets boring in the captain amagai and bouto arc and now the zampakto arc (which i love coz you get to see their swords true form)
..but its still bleach and it contains good stuff and funny info so you get to know the characters even better than in the manga!!
In my opinion those who skip fillers on their first time of watching it are slakers and lazy ...and frankly do not deserve to be called bleach anime fans

Second filler arc interrupting Hueco Mundo goes from episodes 168 to 189. So you want to go with 190.

There are a couple of two episode filler side stories here and there, but you can pick them up from the episode previews.

That doesn't sound right. There was filler trash before then, I'm quite sure. I dropped it in the 150s iirc due to HM suddenly stopping and some crappy filler in the middle of it before it was even concluded. That's why I want to get back on track and just avoid the stupid.



Yeah, really helpful episode guide, thanks for staying on-topic. I am actually watching LotGH though I have yet to find it bingeable due to the older animation, and the start is a little on the slow side. I will pick up the pace soon though, I think.



I'm not a Bleach fan. It's just something I used to watch to kill time, and the non-canon material isn't even worth my free time as it is utter trash. Bounto left a sour enough taste in my mouth to make sure I'll never give any more a chance. I want to see real character development, not nonsense made up to keep ratings and sales high. "Getting to know" the characters in filler? How? It's not canon. It's not knowing them at all since none of it is actually canonical development.

There is the Forrest of Menos filler which starts from episode 147 (not sure when it ends but it was only a few episodes long) which kinda fits into your description.

I've sat through all of Bleach's filler and highly regret most of it. I can only hope I've seen the last of "Luri-chan" and her ilk. Though I have to admit, the current Zanpakuto arc is the most tolerable by far. Of course it still has typical filler shortcomings but not in such quantity as the other arcs; it doesn't quite leave me wondering why I'm even bothering to watch. I'm looking at you, Bounto.

Okay man we get it you love Bleach! You know what though? Not everyone wants to see some premade filler arc that had been thrown together without much thought! All it is good for is to give them more time to add into the actual episodes. The only one worth watching is the Zanpakuto arc and the only reason that is is because Kenpachi is epic and fighting many different opponents.
In addition we do not care how many things you think you know about Ichigo and friends from the filler arcs. All I have to say on the subject of fillers is that if you want a better understanding of Uryuu's and Ichigo's power specifically and where Rin and company came from then watch the bount arc. Do not bother with the Captain Arc it is a side story that was only revealed to buy them time. Watch the Zanpakuto arc it has the third and final reason to watch Bleach in it.
The three reasons to watch Bleach:
1. Long storyline lots of fighting and easy to follow... a great in between anime debut anime.
2. Many Matrix-esque fight scenes and a lot of physics and anatomy law breaking.
3. Epic Sword slingers (Ichigo, Kenpachi, Byakuya, Renji, and Hitsugaya)... and occasionally Uryuu being epic.

so yeah, u can skip half of the show ;)
