good episode, didn't think the anime would catch up with the manga that fast.. does that mean there'll be fillers again soon o.0?

Yeah especially when it gets to the Japanese part of the opening. Not a big fan of English in Japanese songs. Anyway, I thought the episode was great and I thought the pacing was fine... just hate having to wait a week.

I didn't remember the dogs either, thanks for confirming. Great episode. I'm totally contracting myself here: I'm super excited and can't wait for future episodes, but I'm not looking forward to what's going to happen. T_T

I am happy to see that it's not a waste to watch naruto anymore, the last few episodes together with the end of the latest filler arc has been a great surprise, naruto as a whole would be a great shounen if not for all the fillers, the time sinks and plot sinks done out of greed.

Great episode.
It is kinda sad that Jairaya who taught those kids are now super powerful and fighting against him.
And thanks to my friends who like to spoil movies and animes for me i already know whats gonna happen.
But still awesome episode.

Now these are the kind of episodes that need to be shown in Naruto...great fucking job, leave those fillers behind..the rest of this fight animated is going to be absurd.

What are you guys talking about? The last filler arc ended with episode 112... 19 episodes ago. We've been on track with the manga for a while already.

I realize, but nothing has been as good lately except the deidara vs sasuke and the start of the jiraiya vs pain fight

Wow have you forgotten Kakashi Gaiden?

Anyway AMAZING episode, definetly one of the best animated ones, I'm just worried they are not going to continue with this animation for the rest of the fight... oh well, let's just hope there will be one more epic episode in this fight with the animation as good as this one.

There should be. I think they are going WAY too fast now on the anime.
