| didn't like Higurashi or Gurren laggan, one was too annoying the other was too annoying. Steins Gate is a home run though. and Shiki isn't too far behind. And if you look at my list, youll see i'm not into these genre's at all. They were just legitimately good. |

Future Diary Thriller/Romance 1. Steins;gate Thriller/action 1. Black Lagoon 2. Gurren Lagaan Depending on what genre you prefer, start on whatever end of the list (Bottom to up or top to bottom) 1 = Watch first 2 = Watch second |

| Doesn't really matter in which order you are going to watch them since they are not connected with each other. Also all listed anime have similar atmosphere, so you can say they are alike. Besides TTGL (those who didn't like it probably didn't get the main idea of it) - yes, it has survival theme, heroes etc but (!) you'll see how pathetic they are (or some of them pretend to be Heroes and TheMostEpicDude) and thats made on purpose. |
