| Novel master race. Manga is nice too I can learn a lot more about a series in an hour or two with speed reading the chapters instead of spending hours watching anime. I like anime but my attention span is pretty low with it (I don't watch a lot of TV anyway) |

| In my experience a well written novel is a better way of telling a story than a Manga, Anime or Movie. There certainly are great movies mangas and animes, but characters in those never feel as deep or well portraied as in novels. |

| The answer is - it depends. Novels allow you to use your imagination to visually create the characters, set up the scenes and even occasionally the mood of the overall story. Anime (as well as most visual media) fill in the pictures and sounds for you, taking advantage of the fact that we as humans can absorb visual/audio stimuli more effectively than simply reading text. Plus, artwork and animation. Neither is better than the other, they're different media. What do you like more, apples or oranges? |
| Well I love books and anime. When I'm earning enough money I'm going to look for some great novels. I don't however like manga, probably because I've never liked comic books. |

| I prefer anime over manga over novels. I just get bored of long walls of plain text. I've never been able to enjoy one. However recently I read Psycome and surprisingly enough it was the very first novel ever which I enjoyed reading, so I might give more LN's a try. |

| I prefer books, undoubtedly. Anime/manga is cool and all, but I've had a larger amount of memorable moments and have gotten more enjoyment overall from reading books than I've had with anime or manga, plus it's a lot more versatile as a medium. I would be much sadder if books stopped existing than I would be if anime stopped existing. |

| For me, it's - Anime > Manga > Novel I really like seeing animation and hearing OSTs and VAs, etc. Same reason manga over LN, although I'd prefer to read a LN over a manga if the popular opinion is that it is better than the latter. |
