| Because the writers want to visually show that the main character is turned on, but showing their erection is often times too lewd, so the nose bleed serves as a substitute. Kinda like the water drop that would appear on the back of a characters head to show they were embarrassed. or the extreme embarrassment, the faceground of old 90s anime. |
