| I apologize if this has possibly been answered in another thread, but I didn't want to see the spoilers. I am deciding to make my own thread cause I still feel confused about it. From my knowledge, I believe season 1 covers volumes 1 - 3, but when it gets to season 2, I get confused. I have heard season 2 was an anime original (correct me if I'm wrong), since it was a downward progression from season 1 in terms of everything, especially story. It could also be that season 2 covers volume 4 and a lot of side stories, but I'd like clarification on what's what. I'd also like to know whether season 2 deviates greatly from the volumes, or if it follows the volumes closely if it turns out that is the case. |
| Covers Volumes 4 - 7 with a little bit of 8. However, the anime covers only about 10% of Volume 6. Episodes 10, 11, and 12 are 90% original content. The OVA coming out in November looks like it will cover everything in Volume 8 that the anime didn't touch. |
